March 2^nd 2023 | Sebastian Bührig is one of 6 teachers to receive the teaching award in the category "Strategy and Transfer". The award for teachers who integrate strategically important topics into their teaching and also represent and place their topics outside of LUH. In the seminar, children's books were designed that playfully introduce architectural topics to the youngest students.

Thesis celebration architecture
winter semester 2022/23

January 25^th 2023 | In the winter semester 2022/23, the department around Prof. Dr. Margitta Buchert hosted the graduation ceremony. Decorated in festive gold and at two locations, the faculty became a solemn stage to bid farewell to our graduates in their Master's studies or life after graduation.

Thesis Review

January 25^th 2023 | For the first time, the presentation of outstanding Master's theses from the Architecture and Urban Design programme served as a starting point for professional debate. The format of the Thesis Review is intended to acknowledge the diversity of the discipline, pick up on current trends in professional discourse and identify design responses to major challenges.
