Jonas Berndmeyer took first place with his master's thesis "GIS-based analysis of subsequent utilisation strategies for biogas plants for the production of green hydrogen in Lower Saxony", which was written at the Institute of Environmental Planning.
Second place went to Julia Theis with her Master's thesis "Changing habitats Ahrtal - strategies for a river valley", which was written at the Institute of Landscape Architecture.
The group of Jana Laubender, Mareike Wiedemann, Marie Pröpsting, Paul Kroll, Sarah Brandtner and Vanessa Betker were recognised for their work "Summer School Buchendorf", while another award went to Maria Rammelmeier for her work "Engagement for vibrant regions - how can regional management strengthen cultural engagement in rural areas?".
